Beauty by Mish Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Beauty by Mish Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations while participating in our program.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

To join our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
Affiliates must own or manage an active website, social media account, or platform that aligns with our brand values.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you will promote Beauty by Mish products through your platform by sharing unique coupon code(s) to track sales and referrals.
All marketing content must be genuine and should not contain any misleading information about Beauty by Mish products.
Affiliates must not use spam, fake reviews, or unethical methods to promote our products.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with all applicable advertising laws and regulations.

3. Commissions

Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% on all qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link or Coupon Code.
A sale is considered qualifying only if the customer completes the purchase using your affiliate link or code, and the sale is not canceled or refunded after 30 days.
Commission payouts will be made monthly, every 5th of the month, provided you have earned a minimum of $100. If your earnings do not reach this threshold, the amount will roll over to the following month.
Beauty by Mish reserves the right to adjust commission rates or terms at any time, with prior notice to the affiliate.

4. Affiliate Codes and Promotions

Upon approval, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard, where you can find your unique coupon code(s) to track sales and referrals.
You may share your coupon code(s) across your website, social media, blogs, emails, and other approved platforms to promote Beauty by Mish.
Any promotions, discounts, or special offers must be approved by Beauty by Mish before being shared.
Customers who use your unique coupon code during checkout will qualify for discounts, and sales from these customers will be credited to your affiliate account.
The affiliate dashboard will allow you to track your performance, including sales, commissions, and code usage in real time.

5. Affiliate Payments

Payments will be made via Paypal on a Monthly basis.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and ensuring their payment account is active.
Beauty by Mish is not responsible for any payment issues caused by incorrect payment information.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
If Beauty by Mish terminates your account for violating these terms, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop promoting Beauty by Mish products and remove all affiliate links.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use Beauty by Mish logos, banners, and marketing materials provided by us solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
Affiliates may not modify or create derivative works from our branding or marketing assets without our written consent.

8. Liability

Beauty by Mish is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate’s participation in the program.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Modification of Terms

Beauty by Mish reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice to affiliates.
Continued participation in the affiliate program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above. We look forward to working with you and building a successful partnership!

If their referred customers returned and refunded, the amount will be deducted from their future commission
